1. Return Eligibility
At The Woofy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Pet food, treats, and hygiene products (for safety reasons).
- Clearance or final sale items.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery for review.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we accept exchanges as long as the item is unused and in stock. Contact us at businessatthewoofystore@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
5. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
